I'm a 20-something gal (with a lovely gluten intolerance) who works in the advertising industry. I don't have time to cook/bake every day, but its definitely my happy place. I've learned a lot over the past 3 years since I removed gluten from my diet, and I want to share what I have learned, since it is so different from baking with gluten! I try to post honest opinions about everything I make. I love looking for new recipes, but I really prefer trying & altering those that have already been tried and approved- so hope that someone finds a useful recipe here!
