I LOVE baking, but baking does not love my tummy. Even though I still work out a couple times a week, its just not cutting it. Meet my new best friends:
- Skinny Taste- delicious AND healthy recipes (bonus- they are WW friendly)
- Jillian Michaels - my "personal TV" trainer! haha
My tennis racket has been asking me to feel the air in its strings more regularly- once/week is my realistic goal since I'm not always able to make Monday's clinic. My roommate and I joined a Spring tennis league again this year, so that should keep me on my toes too! I'm very excited to play AND make new friends- I LOVE tennis, but I've barely had time to play since I started this job last year. Excuses, excuses....
Tuesday nights will also be my Kickboxing nights. Free classes at the gym in my complex- who can pass that up?
I went to a yoga class with my friend Meredith a couple months ago and loved it! I really do need to make an effort to go at least a couple times per month- this time I will remember to take off my socks! :) haha Geez! Those first-timers stand out like a sore thumb...
I'm not saying I won't bake AT ALL, but I'm going to try to severely limit my tasty treats... Please share your favorite healthy recipes and workout videos to keep me motivated!
